A minimum order of $12 applies for all orders.
A delivery surcharge of $3.50 applies for every order via KFCDelivery.com.sg and $4.00 via 6222 6111.
A minimum order of $80 applies for the following areas: Angsana, Banyan, Changi Airport Cargo Complex, Changi Airport Terminal, Lim Chu Kang, Mandai Road, Meranti, Neo Tiew, Tengah Air Base, Tuas South and Tuas South Avenue 8.
For cash orders above $80 or Visa/MasterCard orders above $200, please call KFC Delivery hotline at 6222 6111.
For orders above $200, please order 2 hours in advance.
For advance order of more than 4 days, please call KFC Delivery hotline at 6222 6111.
Special order requests (i.e. without sauce) are not available via KFCDelivery.com.sg. Customers with special orders are advised to call our KFC Delivery hotline at 6222 6111.
Prices are inclusive of GST.
Payment can be made by cash or credit card (Visa/MasterCard). Debit Cards with Visa/MasterCard feature may be accepted depending on issuing banks.
Payment via credit card shall be made at the point of order. Cash payment shall be made at point of delivery of food.
There is strictly no refund, change or cancellation once the order has been confirmed or payment has been made.
Prices and information are effective immediately and subject to change without prior notification.
KFC reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional items from its menu where it deemed fit.
Meal deals are while stocks last and not valid for dine-in and takeaway.
Choice of chicken parts is subject to availability.
All products in the promotional bundles are fixed.
Coleslaw should be consumed immediately upon receipt.
Can Pepsi will be delivered un-chilled.
For bulk purchase of chicken or box meals, chicken pieces will be packed in a special KFC Delivery box.
KFC Delivery service is available from 11:00am to 10.45pm daily.
To ensure the safety of our riders, KFC Delivery may be temporarily unavailable at selected areas or delivery timing may be affected due to bad weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
To ensure strict quality assurance standards, certain food items are not available for KFC Delivery.
KFC Delivery is limited to a valid address in Singapore only.
