KFC DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A minimum order of $12 (excludes Credit Card or promotional discounts) and $3 delivery surcharge apply for all orders.
Certain areas will have differing minimum order requirements.
A minimum order of $80 (excludes Credit Card or promotional discounts) is applicable for the following areas & areas surrounding them: Angsana, Bayan, Changi Airport Cargo Complex, Changi Airport Terminal, Lim Chu Kang, Mandai Road, Meranti, Neo Tiew, Tengah Air Base, Tuas South and Tuas South Avenue 8.
For cash orders above $80 and Visa/MasterCard orders above $200, please call KFC Delivery hotline 6222 6111.
KFC Delivery Service is available from 11:00am to 10:45pm daily.
For orders above $200, please place order 2 hours in advance.
Payment by Visa, MasterCard or cash only. Debit Cards with Visa/MasterCard feature may be accepted depending on issuing banks.
Prices are inclusive of GST.
Credit card offers, 3rd party joint promotions or coupons for KFC Delivery are not applicable for online ordering unless otherwise stated.
There is strictly no refund, change or cancellation once the order has been made and confirmed.
Choice of chicken parts is subject to availability.
Coleslaw should be consumed immediately upon receipt.
Pepsi will be delivered unchilled.
For bulk purchases of chicken meals, chicken pieces will be packed in a special KFC Delivery box.

To ensure rider’s safety, KFC Delivery may be temporarily unavailable in selected areas due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. Pick-up service will be made available in such instances.
2-in-1 delivery with Pizza Hut is not available.
