The KFC Spin & Sure Win Game (the "Game") is organised by Kentucky Fried Chicken Management Pte Ltd ("KFC"). The qualifying period for game play shall be from 1 August 2020 to 31 August 2020, 2359hrs (the "Game Period").
By participating in the Game participants agree to be bound by and to comply with these terms and conditions and any other mechanics, rules, terms or conditions applicable to the Game, as specified by KFC from time to time. Non-compliance with or breach of any of these terms and conditions may disqualify a participant at any stage of the Game, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
Eligibility
The Game is only open to Singaporeans and Singapore permanent residents who are aged 18 years old and above as at 1 August 2020. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Game: (a) the employees of KFC and their immediate family members. Winners may be required to sign a written statement confirming their eligibility and submit such supporting document before being eligible to receive any prizes awarded.
All participants is required to login or register for a valid account with KFC Singapore App ("KFC App") during the qualifying period of 1 August - 31 August 2020 (the "Qualifying Period"), from 0001 hrs - 2359 hrs (the "Game Day").
Each KFC account shall be entitled to 1 free "Spin" per day on KFC Spin & Sure Win Game.
In the event that any winner is disqualified and no alternative winners are awarded, the prizes will be forfeited.
Game Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes are subject to availability and KFC has the right to substitute any prize for a comparable prize of equal or greater value to be awarded in lieu.
Each participant acknowledges and agrees that the receipt and redemption of any Game Prizes offered shall be subject to the winner complying with terms and conditions imposed by KFC. In the event that the winner of any prize, for any reason, fails to comply with such terms and conditions, KFC reserves the right to forfeit the prize and disqualify the winners.
Picture(s) of the Game Prizes or any other prizes shown in any advertisement, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Game is/are solely for illustration purposes.
KFC reserves the right to not award or to substitute and alter the Game Prizes or any other prizes offered without prior notice to the participants. All prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
For the avoidance of doubt, the above conditions shall not be exhaustive, and KFC (or such other vendor as appointed by KFC to deliver the all prizes) shall have the right to amend the policies and/or the terms and conditions of redemption, issuance and usage of the Game Prizes in their sole and absolute discretion.
Each participant represents and warrants that all information provided during the Game are true and correct. Any misrepresentation could result in disqualification and/or the forfeiture, withholding, withdrawal or reclaiming of any prizes won.
KFC reserves the right, without any liability on its part whatsoever, to cancel, postpone, terminate, suspend, end, stop or in any other way cease the KFC Spin & Sure Win Game at any time without prior notice.
KFC's decision at all stages of the Game is final. No enquiries, appeals, verbal or written, shall be entertained. The participants shall accept and abide by any and all decisions made by KFC concerning without limitation, these terms and conditions, the rules, procedures and regulations of the Game, the award of prizes and any other matters relating to the Game.
Participant's personal data may be collected, used, disclosed and/or processed by KFC, and KFC's appointed agencies and vendors for the following purposes:
For KFC or its designated representatives or business partners to provide goods and services to the participant or parties designated by the participant and matters ancillary thereto.
To verify and process payment when the participant purchases goods and services from KFC
For verification and record of the participant's personal particulars including comparing it with information from other sources and using the information to communicate with the participant.
For research and analysis, including surveys and polls.
For publicity and marketing.
To send the participant notices, information, promotions and updates including marketing and advertising materials in relation to KFC's goods and services and those of third party organizations selected by KFC.
To comply with any request from any third party or any order of court or directive from authorities investigating any alleged offence or misconduct or for the purposes of taking legal action against the participant.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, participants consent to KFC and the KFC’s appointed agencies and vendors, in collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing their personal data for the purposes as described.
By participating in this Game, each participant agrees to take part in any promotional or publicity exercise as may be conducted by KFC in connection with this Game.
Participants shall not, without the prior written approval of KFC, speak to the press or any other media nor give any interviews or comments relating to the Game.
Each participant expressly acknowledges and agrees that KFC shall not be liable for any losses, damages, injury, death or any other claims arising from participation in this Game and/or any prize.
Each participant shall indemnify and keep KFC (the "Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, claims and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the participant's breach of any of these terms and conditions.
KFC reserve the right to amend or vary any of these terms and conditions without prior notice to any participant.
These terms and conditions and the Game shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes in relation to these terms and conditions or the Game shall be referred to the courts of Singapore.

$5 KFC e-voucher will be given to every successive 150 spins, limited to 140 winners within a day.
There will be a maximum 140 winners of KFC $5 e-voucher per day, every day from 1 August till 31 August 2020, with 4,340 winners in total.
Each $5 KFC e-voucher will be valid for 14 days (including date of issue) upon adding to KFC account holder's e-wallet as a coupon.
$5 KFC e-voucher will be removed from e-wallet automatically upon expiry, strictly no extensions allowed and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Each $5 KFC e-voucher is valid for one-time use only and will be invalidated & removed from e-wallet automatically upon redemption.
Each $5 KFC e-voucher will be subjected to a set of Terms and conditions. To redeem, KFC account holder must fulfil all Terms and Conditions tied to each e-voucher.

$100 Cash prize coupon will be invalidated by authorised KFC staff upon prize collection.
To win and/or redeem any Cash prizes ("Game Prizes") won in the Game, each winner shall be required to satisfy and comply with the following conditions:
Winners shall be required to produce the original notification email sent to winner, and any other supporting documents as required by KFC to verify the identity and eligibility of the winner.
Winners shall be required to login to their account with KFC Singapore App ("KFC App") in order to redeem and/or utilize any Game Prizes.
$100 Cash prizes which are unclaimed after three (3) months of the notification of the winners will be forfeited.
Winners shall be required to comply with all terms and conditions and/or fulfil all obligations as may be imposed by KFC in relation to the winners of the Game.
Winners agree to comply with reasonable instructions specified by KFC in relation to the prize redemption and presentation.
In the event that any winners fail to (i) satisfy the eligibility requirements and/or verify their identity; or (ii) fail to comply with instructions specified by KFC in relation to the prize redemption and presentation, KFC shall have the sole and absolute discretion to disqualify the winner.
